One of the goals we have for this year’s worship was to make the combined sessions of worship something special. Although we’re culturally different, we believe God wants the beautiful parts of his creation, and the diversity in the cultures, to create a beautiful atmosphere of worship for him.

The challenge to the worship ministry was to write a theme song that not only helped to creatively capture our diversity, but also show how it could blend together to give us a new picture of unity.

Hopefully next week i’ll put up an interview with Amanda, Abel, and Tuuli to hear what was some of their inspiration and goals behind the song.

First time they played the song for me i got so excited! Just imagining this sung with 150 people just made me look forward to worshipping together.
